The custard gets 5 stars. I find the sundaes are a better value than the concretes. The steak burgers get 3 stars at this location. I've had the steak burgers at other locations and they were just better at the other locations. At this location they were thrown together where at others you could tell they were prepared with someone taking pride in their job. I still would choose a burger here over any other fast food place.

The steak burger was pretty good. Kind of like a Steak & Shake burger. I love the idea of shoestring fries but these were still coated and that just ruins the fries. We went through the drive-through and got through the line just fine. A little pricey for the food. There are better fast food options with burgers just as good if not better in the area.

I was looking forward to eating here and was very disappointed! The burger lacked good flavor. I ate most of it and felt unsatisfied. The patty was dry and boring. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the fries. Those were great! I'm not a fast food person but I can appreciate a good simple burger. BK whopper is still my fav!!!

OK, so my family and I love this place! The burgers are very good and the fries are excellent! I like my fries thin and crispy so they are perfect in my opinion. It also seems like you get a ton of fries with your order. As for the custard, it is out of this world! My son (who is an ice cream fanatic and would eat it for every meal) says, "They must put cocaine in the custard, because it is so addictive." LOL. Also, the people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful. Actually, I am not sure that I have been anywhere that the employees are so nice. There are other places that I would like to try to eat at in the same area as Freddy's but I think that I will be highly unlikely to try because I am sure that I will be drawn to Freddy's instead.

The shoestring fries are crispy and well seasoned. They go great with the fry dipping sauce. Don't be afraid of the double; the patty's are thin, you'll want both. The crisp edges on the meat add to the flavor. Haven't tried the frozen custard although it looks great. Usually too full after the burger and fries. Maybe I need that single after all to leave room for desert?

Insofar as fast food goes, Freddy's is actually quite delicious. Their fries are really good (thin cut, very different than normal fast food fries) and have a wonderful seasoning on them. I'm boring and always get the chicken tenders when I go, but I can say they are good too!

It's so hard for me to review fast food because I know in my heart you need to avoid it but....This place is as close as I can get to in and out burger. I always get the single steakburger California style and it's delicious! The fries here are thin which you can either hate or love. Thin crispy fries are the best to me over fat soft fries. Mostly I come here for the frozen custard which is so good. Sadly it's a little far of a drive for me so I rarely get here, even though I'm craving the custard non stop lately! Worth a try if you want a quick burger that almost has a restaurant feel.
